What does it cost?
Kostnaderna utgörs av arvode till skiljedomaren/skiljenämnden, administrativ avgift till SCC och ersättning för eventuella omkostnader.
Kostnaderna beräknas på tvisteföremålets värde i enlighet med gällande regelverk. Tvisteföremålets värde består av det sammanlagda värdet av käromål, genkäromål och yrkande eller invändning om kvittning. Detta innebär att parterna till stor del kan förutse kostnaderna.
När tvistevärdet överstiger 100 miljoner euro beslutar SCC styrelse det förskottsbelopp som ska betalas av parterna utifrån en bedömning av tvistens omfattning. Hör gärna av dig till oss (t.ex. genom att maila arbitration@sccarbitrationinstitute.com) om du önskar ytterligare information om detta.
